- Purchase an e-Voucher: Buy an e-voucher at designated locations such as Cal Bank, Zenit Bank, GCB, Ghana Post Company, or using the provided shortcode.
- Login: Use your e-voucher serial number and PIN to log in.
- Select Qualification: Choose the qualification you wish to apply for (e.g., undergraduate).
- Upload Passport Picture: Upload a passport picture with a green background in jpg, jpeg, png, or gif format, not exceeding 100 KB.
- Fill and Submit the Application Form: Complete the online application form and submit it.
- Print Copies: Print two copies of the completed application form.
- Read Application Directions: Carefully read the application instructions to ensure all necessary documentation and personal information are provided.

KNUST Admission Requirements 2024
WASSCE/SSSCE Applicants
- Credits in three (3) core subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science
- Credits in three (3) elective subjects relevant to the chosen program with an aggregate of 24 or better
General Business Certificate Examination (GBCE) Applicants
- Passes in three compulsory subjects including English Language
- Passes in three elective subjects, including Business Mathematics
O’ Levels/Mature and GCE/IGCSE (Cambridge)
- Five credits at the GCE/GCSE O’ Level including Mathematics and English Language
- Passes in three or more subjects at the Advanced Level as a mature applicant
Advanced Business Certificate Examination (ABCE)
- Passes in three compulsory subjects including English Language
- Passes in three elective subjects including Business Mathematics
